Staff and Students

The staff of the Niagara College Esthetician Program brings a deep and wide range of skill and knowledge sets. Each staff member is highly motivated and dedicated to the success of each student ensuring all Niagara graduates will be leaders in the hospitality industry.

Our staff is continuously updating their own personal skills by educating themselves with new modalities offered around the world, which in turn keeps the Niagara College Esthetician Program on the leading edge.

Meet Our Staff

Lisa Maurice
Lisa Maurice, Coordinator of the Esthetician Program brings over 20 years of Esthetic related experience to the Program. Her involvement has ranged from Spa ownership to Program development at both the Ministry and School Board levels. She holds an Honours B.A., a Graduate Certificate in Education, and Ontario Teaching qualifications. Lisa continues to expand her range of expertise by pursuing her Certification in Hospitality and Spa Management, as well as training in many of the leading-edge wellness therapies. Susan Paone
Susan Paone is a Certified Esthetician with more than 10 years of industry experience. She graduated with honours from Gina's School of Aesthetics and Electrolysis. Her industry experiences range from teaching Esthetics at the community college and private college levels, wholesale distribution of spa products, skin care trainer for various brands and post graduate course development.

As Susan joins the team of professionals within the Niagara College Esthetician Program, she brings enthusiasium, dedication and a high level of passion for the spa industry.

Tina Green
Tina Green is a Certified Esthetician bringing over 23 years experience from the Esthetics and Spa industry. Tina’s preceding experience includes 14 years as a Spa owner and 4 years as Manager at several high end destination spas. Within the last few years she has obtained her Adult Teaching Certificate through Mohawk College. She continues to upgrade her portfolio with additional programs of study in keeping with the current trends, to better serve the Niagara College Esthetician Program. Tina brings a “Guest Centric” attitude along with an extraordinary attention to detail which will allow the students to achieve their highest potential within the spa and wellness industry.

Lorraine MacDonald
Lorraine MacDonald is a Certified Esthetician, graduating from Niagara School of Esthetics winning the Outstanding Student Award. She brings more than 9 years of experience from the Spa Industry with 8 of those years as a Spa Manager. In addition to her spa expertise, she brings over 20 years experience from the Business Sector.

Lorraine is well trained in several different product lines and is a Certified Educator for numerous modalities. She also attends various Trade Shows regularly and is always seeking new products and innovative treatments within the industry in order to build her portfolio as an educator.

Lorraine is very excited to be a part of Niagara College Esthetician Program and looks forward to motivating student Estheticians to reach their fullest potential.
